Board Seeks Input on Strategic Plan

The Council's board seeks the volunteer participation of 2 current members to finalize our Strategic Plan Draft. The Strategic Plan is MRC’s exclusive authorizing document that provides staff with direction for the next five years. We’re close to finishing, with just a few lingering considerations for satisfactory wording to clearly convey MRC’s aspirations and style. Your thoughts are important to the process.

The Strategic Plan Committee plans to meet in the next few weeks for as few sessions as possible to prepare a final draft for MRC’s board to review. Once committee expansion is accomplished (first come, first served to join the committee, but all comments are invited) we’ll nail down a date, time, and location for our get-togethers.
