The Lower Mattole Fire Plan documents current concerns about fire issues in the Lower Mattole watershed of Humboldt County, California. Neighborhoods met in Petrolia and Honeydew areas in January, February, and March 2002 to discuss issues of fire safety and to identify potential projects. The project coordinator compiled the community feedback, and prioritized the issues for action.
