Successional Native Revegetation

Posted 11/20/2008
The Council works to plant species that correspond to specific stages of vegetation.

Early-successional planting of grasses and brush helps stabilize recently disturbed areas, while late-succesional planting of fir and redwoods aids in the creation of riparian shade.
